Calcium Silicon
Calcium Silicon is obtained from silica, limestone and coke in high temperature and strong reducing atmosphere. Silicon calcium alloy is mainly used in steel making and cast iron production. Calcium and silicon have a great affinity with oxygen, and the deoxidized products are easy to float up and discharge, so the liquid steel deoxidized by silicon calcium alloy is relatively pure. When refining high-quality steel and special alloy, silicon calcium alloy is often used as deoxidizer. Calcium and sulfur in silicon calcium alloy form stable compound CAS, which is insoluble in steel water. Therefore, when silicon calcium alloy deoxidizes, it also has the function of desulfurization.
Application：

2.Suitable for heating agent of bof steel plant

spherical graphite; The graphite distribution in gray cast iron was uniform, the cooling tendency was decreased, the silicon and desulfurization were increased, and the quality of cast iron was improved.
